Clixgalore is unusual in that there are no set up fees for merchants. Merchants pay only when a sale is made. Clixgalore is free for affiliates to use, and the datafeeds are also free. There is a lot on information when you log in, and it can be a little difficult to work out where to go until you become more familiar with the site.

Affiliate Options

Affiliates can join merchant programs either one at a time or in bulk. Some applications are automatically approved, whereas others are approved manually (the merchant has a look at your website and decides whether or not to approve you.) The Affiliate Tookkit allows you to create additional user logins, view any special offers that the merchants may be running, allows you to email merchants and check those merchants that have a "low balance". If a merchant's balance deposited with Clixgalore becomes insufficient to pay for the outstanding affiliate commissions, Clixgalore will deactivate the link to the merchant. So you could find your website sending traffic to a Clixgalore holding page. Clixgalore will email you should this scenario occur, giving you the opportunity to remove the link. However, this is something that I think you should be aware of. Emails can get lost in spam filters and this could prove to be a costly mistake if you are running a PPC campaign.

Is the company UK based or international?

They are an international company as mentioned above, but many of the merchant programs are UK based with payment in £ sterling. Payment is made via Paypal, which is less desirable than by BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing System) as Paypal payments incur a charge, whereas BACS payments are usually free within the UK.
